The show featured a 28 person cast, 14 person pit, and all the dancing anyone could ever want in a show! The production was mixed on a Yamaha CL5 totaling 72 inputs. The production ran for 20 performances after 2 previews and a week of tech. It was great seeing how much deeper I could get into the mix after running the show 20+ times from knowing where the harmonies lie in the pit to how the different voices interact with each other. The team as a whole was great to work with and the designer after opening night told me "whenever I went to give you a note, you were already doing it." Like every musical I mix, this production was mixed meticulously line-by-line and a script sample is provided below.
